Mithaas Sweets
Serving since [[FOUNDED_YEAR]]

Our Story

Sweets made the slow way, in small batches, for the days that matter.

A Mithai Shop Is Measured In Small Things

The temperature of the ghee. The moment khoya stops sticking to the kadhai. How thin the vark can be laid before it tears. None of it is written down anywhere useful — it is learned standing next to someone who already knows, and then practised for years.

That is the whole of our method. We make in small batches, we make to order where we can, and we would rather sell out by evening than keep something on the counter a day longer than it deserves.

The Kitchen Comes First

Pure desi ghee. Cashews and pistachios sorted before they are ground. Milk reduced on the flame rather than shortcut with powder. No added preservatives, which is exactly why our sweets are meant to be eaten soon and not stored for weeks.

Our kitchen operates under FSSAI licence [[FSSAI_NUMBER]]. Every batch is prepared, packed and labelled with its date of manufacture so you always know how fresh what you are eating is.

What We Hold To

Ingredients Over Everything

If an ingredient would not go into a sweet we made for our own family, it does not go into one we sell. That rule settles most arguments before they start.

Small Batches, Clean Hands

Sweets are made in quantities we can watch closely. Surfaces, trays and packing tables are cleaned between batches, and finished mithai is packed rather than left open to the counter.

Honest About Freshness

We tell you plainly how long each sweet keeps and how to store it. A shorter shelf life is not a flaw in a mithai — it is proof of how it was made.

Come Stand At The Counter

Ordering online is convenient, but a box chosen in person is a different thing altogether. You can see what came out of the kitchen that morning, ask what is at its best today, and taste before you decide.
